CM@Risk & Architect / Engineer

The CM@Risk & Architect/Engineer will select vendor and product based on quality and price. In addition to the Architect/Engineer and consultant, a CM@Risk is also involved in the process.

Low Bid Job

The low bid job awards the contract to the lowest bidder. Several entities are involved in the decision making process and schedule coordination.
