Transportation Project Manager to join our team. The transportation project manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of transportation projects from initiation to completion. Their duties typically include coordinating project resources, developing project plans and schedules, managing budgets and costs, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality standards are met, and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the transportation of heavy equipment to and from construction sites.

• Manage maintenance schedules for heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

• Provide regular reports on transportation logistics performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Transportation Project Manager or similar role, preferably in heavy equipment logistics or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management principles, logistics operations, and heavy equipment maintenance.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools for route planning, tracking, and reporting.

Hellas Construction, Inc., a national sports construction and synthetic surfaces company, is seeking a CAD Designer to assist a growing department.
The CAD Designer is a key role within Hellas Construction, Inc. This individual reports and works out of our Seguin office. The CAD Designer is responsible for creating, editing and finalizing plans for sports construction projects. These projects may include field layouts, seaming plans, color renderings, drainage plans, and sections and details. This individual will also assist in the recreation of logos and field artwork by tracing images within AutoCAD.
Job functions will include, but not be limited to the following:
• Develop complete sets of site development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D including site geometry, utility, erosion and sediment control, grading/drainage plans and details in accordance with client and Hellas. Ability to analyze surveys, field notes, maps, aerial photographs, and other materials to identify potential project constraints and the best approach in developing and completing projects on time and on budget
• Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, layout, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
• Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
• Position instructions and comments onto drawings.
• Modify and revise designs to correct deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
• Layout and draw schematic, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components and assemblies.
• Maintain organization within the existing drawing database.

Logistics Planner (Transportation & Maintenance)

Logistics Planner (Transportation & Maintenance) to support our
Cedar Park, TX operations. The Logistics Planner manages and coordinates transportation and maintenance activities for all company owned assets while using a software platform to efficiently deliver exceptional customer service with the lowest possible cost. This individual works with customers (construction activities), suppliers, maintenance and 3pl service providers (i.e. Asset carriers, brokers and other service providers) and internal cross functional teams to support growth as well as continuous maintenance of the business. This position requires very strong communication, organization, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Utilize the TMS to create loads, tender to assigned carriers and monitor loads until delivery is complete.
• Ensure service commitments on shipments are met.
• Ensure files and records are set up relevant to the consolidation, contact origin office for incomplete information within the TMS
• Examine documents including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping statements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Utilize the TMS to provide scorecards illustrating key performance indicators related to transportation.
• Works with the Maintenance and Transportation managers to ensure equipment is sent to maintenance or the next job in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain reports where each equipment is located and current status.
• Coordinate with the field to get underutilized equipment released and working on another job.
• May perform other duties as determined by business needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of two (2) years professional experience in logistics or a related field is required
• Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and a Transportation Management system (TMS) - Microsoft 365.
• Advanced experience in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Inter-personal, written, and verbal communication skills needed to interact with people at all levels of the organization
• Must have the ability to handle a heavy workload and be able to work under pressure while handling frequent changes in direction, without losing focus.

• Ensure thorough evaluation and assessment of all safety and health incidents, particularly involving highly visible and complex situations.
• Represents the organization in external professional associations and before regulatory bodies, local governments and/or civic organizations as needed.
• Incident investigations, reporting and root cause analysis findings.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Construction with 10 years of previous work experience. Solid knowledge of state and local statutes and ordinances on fire safety and prevention, loss control, hazardous chemicals, building, electrical, noise pollution and the environment.
• Commercial/Industrial safety programs, including experience in program development a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• OSHA 500 & 501 Certification required.
• Progressive experience in construction, manufacturing, and fleet environments.
• Proven leadership skills, with at least 10 years of supervisory experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish ideal (read, write, and speak)
• MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL FOR PERIODS OF TIME to all Hellas job sites across the US with no issue.

Basic duties will include installing conduit, pulling wire, troubleshooting issues, and making electrical connections in commercial and light industrial settings. Qualified candidates must possess either a Construction Science or Civil Engineering degree plus experience in the heavy highway, parks and recreation arena or any other civil construction specialty.
The position will be based on the job site in Wichita Falls, TX. The Project Manager is responsible for taking ownership of the Project Profit and Loss and ensuring that all civil projects are well planned and successfully executed on time and under budget. Manage multiple assigned projects from award through project close-out, ranging in size from $5-$20M. The project manager will also be responsible for understanding all aspects of operations. Works cohesively with Superintendents, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Engineers, Architects and Clients to ensure all project requirements are carried out successfully.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the assigned projects from start through closeout.
• Responsible for the project setup, budget entry into company computer software, issuance of purchase orders for all materials and maintain project file.
• Complete responsibility of creating the master project schedule with proper project documents to owner (including but not limited to contracts, bonds, insurance, SWPPP documents, etc.), subcontractor packets and preparation, processing and tracking of submittals and shop drawings
• Attend all project, pre-construction, job site and substantial and final completion meetings as required
• Conduct regular field inspections ensuring compliance with contract documents
• Prepare monthly cost to complete and projected profit against budget
• Reviews and approves subcontractor monthly payment requests and submit for payment
Qualifications and Skills:
• 5 +years of experience as a project manager in a construction company. Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree required.
• Previous experience managing civil engineering projects - dirt, concrete, pipe, liner, underground earthwork etc. MUST HAVE VERTICAL EXPERIENCE.
• PMP certification a plus but not required
• Must be able to read and understand project plans and specifications
• Experience and knowledge of civil construction required
• Ability to manage 3 -4 projects in parallel ranging up to $5-$10M in total projects.
• Moderate to high level of proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Full understanding of Construction Math concepts

• Standing for 12 hours and working in the element.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
• Full time and will work rotating weeks with 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next.
