June 28, 2013
ARLINGTON, TX--(Marketwired - June 28, 2013) - Roxie Polymers, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hellas Sports Construction, put the final urethane coating on the last piece to the Dallas Cowboys new synthetic turf field. This completes the manufacturing process and closes in on completion of the field installation.
"In addition to its innovative coating, our proprietary SoftTop™ Removable System field is first-of-its kind in that the endzone is in one piece which allows for easier deliverability and custom fitting," said Bruce V. Layman, Vice President of Hellas Sports Construction's Turf Division.
Synthetic turf field manufacturing is a profession that often reveals only the outcome of a long innovative process. Hellas takes you behind the scenes in this exclusively released footage of the final piece to the most iconic field in the world.
