No One but Hellas!
Austin, TX (April 14, 2011) - Lubbock ISD is getting 5 new synthetic turf fields and 5 new running tracks, along with major reconstruction. Lowery Field, Lubbock’s main game field will have Matrix® 46 synthetic turf with an Elastic Layer underneath and a Sport Tracks® 1000 running track installed. Coronado, Estacado, Lubbock and Monterey High Schools will also have Matrix 46 synthetic turf but Sport Tracks 300 running tracks.
Mark Ball, Athletic Director for the Lubbock Independent School District, is looking forward to these new additions for the school district. “Hellas is tearing it up and it’s
looking beautiful” says Ball, “I’m just trying to keep everyone out of the Hellas crews’ way”. The Lubbock ISD installations will be wrapping up in July giving another school district first class facilities.
This type of project is Hellas’ expertise: “we mobilize quickly, with our crews and equipment this 5 fields and 5 running track project is taking only about 100 days maybe less,” says Mike Erekson VP of Hellas Construction, “no one but Hellas can do that!” Hellas Construction is known for completing projects on time even when deadline is tight. Effective project management and one point of contact throughout the entire process are key factors in on time completion.
