DOS LAREDOS LIVING LA VIDA ON MAJOR PLAY MATRIX WITH GEO INFILL

(April 9, 2019) – Dos Laredos Tecolotes opened the 2019 Mexican League baseball season at Unitrade Stadium in Laredo and Hellas Construction's Major Play Matrix Turf was on display for a sold-out crowd. The Tecos' players and coaches enjoyed their new Major Play Matrix turf with Geo Infill, which kept the field cooler in 95 degrees of Texas heat. Dos Laredos players commented on the consistent hops and ball bounces on their new Major Play Matrix field from Hellas. The Tecos first official home game in Laredo was a day after opening the season with a victory against Laguna at their other home in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. The Tecos also won Saturday night in front of an enthusiastic crowd.
